The book chapter proposal entitled, “Tracing the Conflict: When Good Intentions turn Bad,” was accepted by IGI Global Disseminator of Knowledge for the Special Issue on Challenges and Opportunities for the Strategic Management of Family Businesses. The authors were Dr. Ginny Santiago, Gee Lobo, Allanne Mae Tiongco, and Kenneth Metrado. The book chapter explained the evolution of conflict and outline its root using family power theory and sociological theory in family business.
