The research paper entitled, “The Art of Family Business Succession: The Narrative of A Third Generation,” was accepted for the 15th Workshop of Family Firm Management Research of the European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management (EIASM) to be held in Nantes, France on 23-25 May 2019. EIASM is the central node of a set of networks, bringing together management and family business scholars throughout Europe and other parts of the world. The authors of the research paper were Dr. Ginny Santiago, Gee Lobo, Allanne Mae Tiongco, and Kenneth Metrado. The research paper tackled family business successor-selection process and delved into the narrative of a third-generation owner of a 60-year-old manufacturing firm in the Philippines.
